Est. courses in wellbeing

Learning that works
on you first.

Courses in Soul Plan, mindfulness, EFT and tapping, spiritual development, hypnotherapy, counselling skills and Yoga Nidra — studied quietly at your own pace, or live with a teacher who is right there in the room with you.

A note on Pilates

I am currently on sabbatical from Pilates teaching, and hope to return to this part of the business in the autumn of 2027. Everything else continues as it is — and I would love to welcome you onto one of the courses below.

01The courses

Eight ways in.

Some are self-contained and individually certificated. Others are gentler openings — a practice to take away and live with. Take one, or let one lead you to the next.

01

Soul Plan

Reading the pattern held in your birth name — the talents, the challenges, the work you came here to do. A complete system with its own certification, and for many people the doorway to everything else.

Individually certificated OnlineLive on Zoom
02

Mindfulness

Attention trained slowly and without strain, until presence stops being something you practise and becomes the way you meet an ordinary day.

OnlineLive on Zoom
03

EFT & Tapping

Working with the body's meridian points to release what talking alone cannot reach. Simple to learn, quietly remarkable in practice, and yours to keep for life.

OnlineLive on Zoom
04

Spiritual Development

An unhurried path for people who sense there is more and want to meet it honestly — intuition, subtle awareness, and the discipline that keeps both grounded.

OnlineLive on Zoom
05

Hypnotherapy

Therapeutic work with the deeper mind — how to hold the space, how to guide it, and how to stay ethical and steady while you do.

Individually certificated Live on Zoom
06

Counselling Skills

The relational craft underneath every therapy: listening that changes something, and the confidence to sit with another person without needing to fix them.

Live on Zoom
07

Yoga Nidra

The yoga of sleep. Deep conscious rest, practised lying down, restoring something that ordinary sleep no longer reaches in most of us.

08

Remedial Pilates

Precise, rehabilitative movement for bodies that need attention rather than exertion. Currently paused while Gerry is on sabbatical — returning autumn 2027.

02How you learn

Two ways to study.

Neither is the lesser option. They suit different lives, and different moments in the same life.

At your own pace

The course is yours to move through as slowly as it deserves. No cohort waiting, no term dates, no sense of falling behind.

  • Begin the day you decide to
  • Return to any part of it, as often as you like
  • Fits around work, family and the rest of it
  • Lifetime access to your materials

Live with a teacher

Some things are only learned in relationship. These run live on Zoom with a small group and a teacher who is genuinely present with you.

  • Real-time teaching and questions answered
  • Practice with others, supervised
  • Feedback on your work as you go
  • A cohort you often keep long after

Music · Meditation · Remedial Pilates

Gerry came to this work by way of music — and it shows in how she teaches. Rhythm, listening, and the patience to let something unfold in its own time.

A background in music led her toward meditation, and from meditation into teaching it: first informally, then as the centre of her practice. Alongside it she trained in remedial Pilates, drawn to the same principle from the other direction — that attention paid carefully to the body changes what becomes possible in the mind.

She spent time in India working with children, an experience she describes as having rearranged her sense of what teaching is actually for. It remains the reference point she returns to.

Holistic Central grew out of all of it: a place to gather the modalities she trusts, taught by people she would send her own family to, in a form that fits a real life rather than an ideal one.

04The teachers

Who will teach you.

These are the tutors who teach on the courses — each with a long practice of their own behind them. Not presenters reading a script, but practitioners bringing their living work into the room.

Soul Plan · Spiritual Development

Blue Marsden

Blue has been immersed in energetic practice since his teens — studying with shamans across several traditions, receiving initiations from Tibetan Buddhist lamas, and practising Zen meditation in Japan. He has taught meditation and Chi Kung for many years. He is the author of Soul Plan, the bestseller that reached No.1 in the UK, USA, Canada, Germany and Japan, and the developer of the Soul Plan and Soul Transformation Therapy systems now taught worldwide.

Spiritual Counselling · Hypnotherapy

Dr Aditi Bhalla

An integrative psychotherapist, counsellor and coach whose work joins psychological understanding to something deeper — the spiritual insight that gives therapeutic material its meaning. She teaches with unusual care for the place where the two meet, and writes on it as an academic journalist.

Spiritual Counselling · Intuitive Practice

Kia Bing-Davies

Philadelphia-born spiritual counsellor and integrative psychotherapist, Kia has been guided all her life by a deep intuitive sensitivity and a natural ability to meet people at a profound level. A TEDx speaker, writer and vlogger, she brings that same directness to her teaching.

Meditation · Counselling

David Rees

A qualified counsellor, author and meditation teacher drawing on more than twenty years of Eastern and Western therapeutic training. A childhood curiosity about human behaviour became a long enquiry into life's essence, taking him through several years in ashrams and satsangs in India pursuing meditation and self-enquiry. He teaches from that ground.

Not sure which course is yours?

Most people aren't, at first. A short, unhurried conversation usually settles it — ask anything, and take whatever time you need.
